When it comes to dining with a view, Phuket has a varied and versatile lineup of options. We’ve listed out our favourites of Phuket restaurants with a breathtaking view:

The stunning location lends itself to lazy breakfasts, long leisurely lunches, extended sunset happy hours and indulgent evening meals, all while the passing of time slows to the rhythm of the rolling waves.
The experienced culinary team is led by Executive Chef Mark Jones, whose career in the culinary arts has spanned some of the top Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels from London to Bangkok. The uncompromising farm-to-fork approach taken by the chefs at Rock Salt extends well beyond the island’s shores.
Australian mussels are imported once a week to guarantee connoisseurs the freshest molluscs in Phuket. Fine de Claire oysters arrive as regularly as three times per week, to ensure the most succulent starters. Both delicacies can be perfectly paired with a chilled glass of rosé wine, selected from a list of the world’s finest pinks curated by renowned global wine critic James Suckling.
