The Villa is beautiful, it’s exactly the same as the pictures on the websites, spacious, tidy and clean. The housekeeping team - Wan, Ple, Duangchan, they are just amazing, cheerful, helpful, they made delicious breakfasts and dinners, without them the experience won’t be so perfect, thank you for the girls who took care of us during our stay. Villa Baan Hen was a piece of paradise in Kata during our recent trip around Thailand. The location was excellent, away from the crowd but a very short stroll to shops and restaurants and the lovely Kata Beach. We had delicious breakfasts and amazing Thai food dinners. We invited guests for dinner and the food and service from the staff was exceptional. The villa was definitely the highlight of our 3 week trip, we really felt we could relax here in luxury.

The stay here has been one of my favourite places ever! Incredible views, host very responsive and helped us with driver, food recommendations and we also booked a chef one night and the food was wonderful! I would love to come again!

All the facilities in the house are great! Especially the pool!！

Great place - very spacious for our family with a nice pool and great views. One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms is down a set of stairs and separated from the rest of the house. It’s a nice room and private from the rest of the house, but just something to keep in mind. Also the town of Kata is not too far but there is a walk down a hill with some traffic - you might need to hire a taxi or tuk tuk if you’re carrying things back to the villa. But we would definitely recommend the vill1

We visited Thailand for 3 weeks as family vacation and this place was our base when exploring Phuket. The apartment was spacious and the pool on the rooftop was an absolute highlight. Also, Kata Noi Beach was lovely. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is on the third floor without elevator. We were glad our toddler was able to climb the stairs by herself. Jariya (Bow) and her whole team were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Loved my stay in Penthouse 6C. The place was spotless, well designed with split master suites, and convenient to town and the beach. The terrace view was great, but the view from the upstairs plunge pool deck was unbeatable. Definitely recommend for a relaxed and quiet Kata Beach stay, and I will definitely be back. Saved as a fave. Thanks Bow and Phichai. Appreciate your attentiveness and your kindness.

Wonderful stay, great views, and property.

We had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa. Everything was so clean and the rooftop infinity pool was heaven. The use of the washing machine was very convenient The location was pretty great too it was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Our host was responsive with any questions we had and even went out of her way to help me mail postcards! I would definitely recommend this gorgeous villa. We had a wonderful stay!

An amazing condo a short walk to both Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. Everything is within walking distance. The outdoor spaces at the condo provide breathtaking views. The upper deck and pool were treated. From sunsets to nightly fireworks. We had one small issue that was handled quickly and efficiently. Great communication and response time. Highly recommend
