10/10Great place - very spacious for our family with a nice pool and great views. One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms is down a set of stairs and separated from the rest of the house. It’s a nice room and private from the rest of the house, but just something to keep in mind. Also the town of Kata is not too far but there is a walk down a hill with some traffic - you might need to hire a taxi or tuk tuk if you’re carrying things back to the villa. But we would definitely recommend the villa and hope to return.
10/10All the facilities in the house are great! Especially the pool!!
