With the beach and the ocean beckoning out front, there is also a swimming pool on the property. Relax, sunbathe, and sip on chilled cocktails while enjoying the spectacular view or lounge under the traditional sala which houses an alfresco dining situation. There are beachside dining options with stone tables and stools set up for you to relish the serenity and calm of the ocean. Palm trees stand tall and proud casting their shade on the garden, while the sun sets upon the horizon.
The splendid living area at Kalim Beach House is nothing short of amazing with an open-plan structure and can be accessed through folding glass doors. Featuring a low, pergola-style wooden ceiling, aquatic artwork adorning the walls, and a comfortable seating arrangement in the centre, the living room is the place for mingling with family, enjoying drinks in the evening, and spending precious moments together all the while against the breathtaking view. The villa is also home to a TV room with couches that are placed facing a massive flat-screen TV with DVD player as well as a bookshelf.
Also located right next to the beach, leading immediately to its sandy shores is the kitchen and dining area at the villa. There is ample seating for everyone on the dining table and the modern kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you could ask for. The villa does not house just one dining area as there are plenty of options for you to choose from including outdoor dining, indoor dining, dining on the terrace, beachside, etc.
There is a tonne of services that are being offered at Kalim Beach house including activities such as fitness classes, yoga sessions, massages (charged extra), shuttle service, etc. The staff is kind enough to arrange for any additional activities for everyone including event tickets, transportation around the island, airport transfers and others.

Bangla Road is popular for its nightlife and you will find rows of bars and clubs to dance, drink, and enjoy. If you’re in for some visual treats, then Phuket FantaSea is where you’ll find it as it is a night-time cultural theme park.

10/10Julia is an excellent host who will answer your questions swiftly and can make travel arrangements and bookings for you. The staff are excellent. Cook great Thai food and very courteous and well mannered. What you see in the photos is what you get. Great location near Patong but also have your own privacy. There are 6 rooms plus 1 small kids room. Has all the amenities you will require. Swimming pool and games room was excellent for our small group. A little noise at night as it’s beside the road but not too much to stop us from sleeping well. Great hang our area I’m sitting room too opening to the pool. Overall highly recommended villa
