At the rim of the unit’s open-air view deck is a plunge pool. Soak in its crystal-clear waters and relax as you look out to the Andaman Sea. For a tan, you can lounge on cushioned, wooden pool beds partially covered by large umbrellas on the stone deck. But once it gets quite hot, seek the shade of the contemporized sala on the wooden deck and doze off on the cushioned, wooden day bed as a balmy breeze blows by.

Indoors is the living area with its hefty leather couch in front of a widescreen TV. Here, you can all gather for the highly anticipated new episode of the latest blockbuster series. Or, to relive the drama of your most beloved classic movie. At one end of the room is the dining area. On its wooden table that accommodates four, you can impress everyone with delicious meals which you yourself dished out from the fully-equipped and modern kitchen section beside the living area.
To fulfill your requests for bike and car rentals as well as to organize day trips is the apartment manager.
Gardens Penthouse Paed is situated in Kata Village. A few minutes by foot from the unit are the white sand stretches of Kata and Kata Noi – known for their postcard-perfect seascapes. Along Kata South – one area of the beach – are notable dining places like Capannina, Boathouse and Villa Royale. If you just can’t get enough of swimming and surfing, stop by the man-made Surf House Phuket for more water fun. You will, as well, be certainly fascinated at the Dino Theme Park with its pre-historic mini golf course. You must also check out the sights at Karon View Point and at the Kata Temple. At dusk, experience the pulsating night life at Kata Center.
10/10We spent 4 days in the apartments of Kata Gardens in the period from November 15 to 19. The apartments are in excellent condition, minor problems have been fixed at the first demand. Great location and great views. Lovely garden and swimming pools. The staff is very responsive. We had a great time and plan to come again.
10/10Great penthouse in quiet yet central area, away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. Situated between Kata and Kata Noi beaches and close to restaurants and shops 5 min walk toward Kata beach side. Stayed here with our 10yr and 14yr son and daughter and they loved it, especially the pool. Well maintained and the beds are really comfortable.
10/10We really enjoyed our stay (family with 7 and 8 year old girls). The location is right between and walkable to Kata and Kata Noi beaches. Our preferences was Kata Noi as it is much cleaner and quieter than Kata beach. The small pool on the roof deck is an oasis that is perfect any time of day! Pui and team are great and provide concierge services for anything you need including car services, day trips and in residence Thai cooks.
