Amber Villa

This two-story house in the Rawai neighborhood of Phuket has 5 bedrooms, which are spread over two floors. This ensures that the house is never going to feel cramped. The five bedrooms all have king beds with high-quality mattresses, soft linen, and extra pillows for good sleeping. One bedroom even has a large sofa bed where an additional guest can sleep. Those on the ground floor provide easy access to the common areas and the pool. Two first-floor bedrooms open to a sunny pool-facing balcony.

There are wardrobes with hangers, armchairs or sofas, and large-screen televisions. The rooms are air-conditioned but they also have ceiling fans. High ceiling construction and plenty of windows allow air and sunlight to flood the space. There are three bathrooms, with washbasins, mirrors, and walk-in showers. Two bathrooms are on the first floor with three bedrooms. The ground floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Amber Villa is an 1100 square meter spacious estate that is completely secured by a high wall for your security and privacy. On entering the estate, you will find a private swimming pool with steps leading down gently into the water. Several loungers are placed on the deck under the shade of trees. The deck also has an outdoor lounging area.

There is a long balcony on the other side of the pool. It has a sofa and coffee table – this is your second outdoor lounging space. A massive house for 10 guests needs multiple places where the tourists can relax and enjoy its outdoor beauty. You will also find a garden and an outdoor dining table in a paved courtyard.

You will immediately fall in love with the villa’s interior space. The massive ground-floor room has the lounging and dining areas and the kitchen, apart from the two bedrooms. There is a sunken lounging area with sofas, a coffee table, and a wide-screen television. The dining table is placed in a far corner of this same room. The entire family can have their meals together here.

The modern kitchen is just a few steps away. It has many modern appliances. Cups, plates, and glasses are all provided. Amber Villa also has a summer kitchen in another portion of the house. The summer kitchen has a smaller rustic dining table.

Amber Villa is fully equipped for your holiday enjoyment. There is central air-conditioning throughout the house for your comfort. The swimming pool is ready for use. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, stovetop, and dishwasher. Children of all ages are welcome. A range of on-demand services are available for a charge.
