The villa offers 5 spacious and elegant bedrooms, each offering captivating sea views. Every bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with large king beds or twin beds. They all have walk-in closets with plenty of storage and hanging space, televisions with English channels, and ensuite bathrooms with bathtubs. They also have private sea-facing balconies with chairs. Imagine having your morning tea or coffee with the fabulous views in front of you. All five bedrooms also have a daybed apart from the doubles or twins. So, each bedroom can sleep more than two guests if required. They all provide direct ocean views. Apart from the tubs, there is also a rain shower in the master suite’s bathroom. Towels, toiletries, and hair dryers are provided.

A key attraction of this villa is its 28-meter private infinity pool that hangs at the edge of the cliff. Swimming here is pure serenity as you look over the edge into the wide ocean. The pool has a shallow end and a waterfall feature, which is a favorite with young children. There is a huge lawn on the poolside with many loungers where you can lie down, relax, and sunbathe.

Spending time outside is a fantastic experience, thanks to the sea in the front, the manicured lawns, the tall trees all around, and the wide open spaces. There is an outdoor dining table under the shade on one side of the pool for your alfresco meals. Villa Cascade has a second lawn and garden on the lower level as well. Throughout its outdoor area, you will find many designated lounging spaces and also play areas. To the joy of children, the villa has two resident rabbits. They can play with the rabbits and feed them.

The house has a built-up area of 2400 square meters with 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. You will find many lounging areas. Some of them are enclosed within walls to give the guests air-conditioned comfort, while the others are under shade with open walls so that the guests can enjoy the views and sea breeze. The formal dining room has one wall that opens completely to the infinity pool. A second wall also opens to a garden on the backside of this home. It’s a unique lounging area that provides a feeling of openness.

There are high-tech features like lighting and curtain control, a top-end speaker with a sound system, and a wide-screen television. The formal dining table seats 10 guests. The kitchen has an ice machine, dishwasher, and Italian appliances. Villa Cascade also has a bar and a fitness room where you will find a lot of equipment.
