Villa Beachside is a modern 3-level villa with 3 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with modern amenities such as air-conditioning and satellite-TVs.

On the third floor, you will find the luxurious and stylish master suite, adjoined to a second living space with a sofa, armchairs and a bamboo bar and fridge. This living room opens up to a breezy balcony with stunning views of the surroundings. The master room features a king-size bed, a generous walk-in wardrobe and the en-suite bathroom boasts a bathtub, a separate rain shower and dual vanity.

The other two bedrooms in this holiday estate reside on the second floor, one level down from the master suite. Each of these 2 rooms is adjoined to a private balcony. Both features a king-sized bed and one of them can be split into singles on request and these bedrooms come with their own private en-suite bathroom to enjoy a hot shower before sleep.

Villa Beachside has got 2 courtyards on each side of the living room and one of these courtyards features a private plunge pool and an outdoor shower. The water of the pool is crystal clear, inviting you to jump in on the spot upon arrival at this gorgeous, contemporary townhouse in Kata. Large blue pool towels are ready for your usage. The second courtyard is another nice place to chill out and have fun with the family. Featuring an alfresco circular table and a BBQ, this is where you’ll be spending lots of time enjoying your breakfast, lunch and dinner under the clear blue or starlit sky.

The living room features 4-meter ceilings and glass walls and doors, allowing natural sunlight to shine in. The living space splits up into a living/lounge room and dining/kitchen area. The interior design is fresh, modern and utmost stylish, featuring brightly coloured paintings, quirky artefacts and lamps. The lounge features super comfy white sofas, plush blue carpets, a coffee table and a high-tech entertainment set to watch movies with the family. The white glass-topped dining table is decorated with large blue candles and the kitchen is more than well equipped - it even has an oven and a dishwasher. Perfect!

The live-in maid has been working at the villa for many years and she will make you feel welcome and comfortable. The off-site villa manager is stand-by 24/7, happy to answer all of your questions and assist wherever needed. Speedy wifi is available throughout the compound.
