Villa Sand

With four bedrooms and an additional kids’ bedroom, Villa Sand can accommodate 10 adults or 8 adults and 6 children. There are two master suites that are found near the front with exclusive ocean views and two larger bedrooms tucked away in the rear for more privacy and garden access. The bedrooms are brightly lit owing to the sunlight, air-conditioned and calming with simplistic colours, easygoing décor and modern accents. The front bedrooms have private terraces with lounge swings as well so guests can enjoy the garden and ocean view while relaxing.

The kids’ bedroom has a double bed with sliding beds underneath to make space for four kids. A study with a fold-away double bed can accommodate two more guests. Each bedroom comes with a modern ensuite.

The sunset terrace is a shaded affair with a lounge and alfresco dining that allows you ample and uninterrupted views of the endless seas as well as the sun-kissed skies. The breath-taking scenic views are yours alone while you rest and recharge in the fresh air. The expansive gardens are ideal for the kids and adults alike as a football pitch and badminton court can be set up in the same space and you can always head down to the beach with kayaks, boogie boards windsurf boards available at the boathouse. Practice some yoga on the yoga mats available for guests and follow up with a refreshing swim in the private pool.

Villa Sand hosts a spectacular living and dining area that is found adjacent to the terrace across from the ocean. Leave the glass doors open to allow in fresh air throughout the day or turn on the air-conditioning as you can enjoy the ocean view from the glass doors regardless. Housed under a soaring ceiling crafted with true skill, the clerestory windows and high ceiling allow ample ventilation and natural light. The lounge has a flat-screen TV pre-wired and set up with NETFLIX and wireless internet for your enjoyment. The interiors are marked by a classic elegance owing to the minimalistic aesthetic and wooden floors.

The corridors are lined with monochromatic snapshots of varied skylines while the polished floors reflect the light overhead. The dinner table stand behind the lounge for seating up to 10 guests with ease. A brightly-lit kitchen with everything you need and more is accessible to guests. It has modern appliances including a coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave/oven, toaster and air-conditioning, laundry machine as well.

There are plenty of services and amenities for guests of Villa Sand including a horde of special and fun things for children including books, toys and more. You can request the staff for whatever you need for the children. There are two full-time staff who will help with the cleaning, laundry and housekeeping. Additional services include massages, transportation, airport transfers, etc. at an additional cost.
