Emerald Villa

This house with a thatched roof construction has 3 bedrooms. All three bedrooms have large king beds. Two of them have modern beds, while the master suite has an antique four-poster with a mosquito net. The bedrooms are all arranged in a circular fashion around a central garden and pool and open to the pool deck, which keeps everyone close to the outdoor space.

You will find everything, including large wardrobes, work desks, armchairs, air conditioning, and ensuite bathrooms with showers, washbasins, and mirrors. Additionally, the master suite has a sofa, an antique chest of drawers, and a bathtub in the bathroom. Photos decorate the walls. Glass doors provide views of the garden and pool area, so you will get to see the views first thing in the morning even from your bed.

Care for an early morning splash in the pool? The large private swimming pool occupies the center stage of this luxury villa. It will be exclusively for you, so you can swim anytime you want or just wade through the water casually and relax. The wooden deck around the pool has many loungers where you can read a book and get a tan. There is also a beautiful garden and a grassy lawn. The garden has many sculptures and a barbecue.

Garden footpaths will take you to an outdoor sala. This open pavilion has an outdoor dining table for your alfresco meals. A second pavilion has an outdoor lounging area.

Emerald Villa is spread over a 450-square-meter plot with the interior space occupying an equally large area. All the rooms open to the garden and pool through glass sliding doors. The living room has an L-shaped sofa with cushions for extra comfort, a glass-top coffee table, a television, and a sound system. Spend time with your family watching a movie or a web series.
