We spent 4 days in the apartments of Kata Gardens in the period from November 15 to 19. The apartments are in excellent condition, minor problems have been fixed at the first demand. Great location and great views. Lovely garden and swimming pools. The staff is very responsive. We had a great time and plan to come again.

Great penthouse in quiet yet central area, away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. Situated between Kata and Kata Noi beaches and close to restaurants and shops 5 min walk toward Kata beach side. Stayed here with our 10yr and 14yr son and daughter and they loved it, especially the pool. Well maintained and the beds are really comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay (family with 7 and 8 year old girls). The location is right between and walkable to Kata and Kata Noi beaches. Our preferences was Kata Noi as it is much cleaner and quieter than Kata beach. The small pool on the roof deck is an oasis that is perfect any time of day! Pui and team are great and provide concierge services for anything you need including car services, day trips and in residence Thai cooks.
