La villa tiene un total de siete dormitorios. El dormitorio principal está en el segundo nivel y se abre al largo balcón con vistas a la zona de la piscina y al exuberante entorno de los alrededores. Otro dormitorio se encuentra en el segundo nivel, justo detrás del dormitorio principal. Otros cinco dormitorios se encuentran en la planta baja. Dos de estos dormitorios se abren a la zona de la piscina. Otros tres dormitorios están en la parte trasera de la villa. La mayoría de los dormitorios tienen camas de tamaño king. Uno de estos dormitorios tiene una cama individual adicional. El resto tiene una combinación de camas individuales, dos literas o una cama individual y una litera. Todos los dormitorios tienen baño propio.

The focal point of the property's idyllic outdoors is the 10-meter swimming pool with a very distinct feature - an underwater jacuzzi. Aside from soothing aching muscles in the pool's crystal-clear and alluring waters, you can also aimlessly wade about or playfully splash around. At the right moment, you can get out of the water and lie on one of the pool beds up on the pool deck to bathe in the sun.

On the second level are the two living areas. One of these is set up indoors with long and large couches oriented towards a widescreen TV. Here, you can all converge to catch your favorite show. The other living area is situated out on the long balcony. On the cushioned rattan couches and chairs you can all gather for engaging conversation, cocktails or after-dinner drinks. Adjacent is the dining area with a long table which can accommodate up to 12. Here, you can feast on appetizing local specialties concocted by the in-house chef at the fully-equipped, ultra-modern kitchen installed in a separate room behind the indoor living area. An alternative dining area is set up at the semi-open sala down at the swimming pool area. On its long rattan table which can seat up to 8, you can grab a quick snack, enjoy a hearty lunch or host a pool party. Indoors - right from the swimming pool area - is a game room where you can hold your very own billiards and darts tournaments. Provided with gym equipment, you can also, right here, catch up on some exercise. On both levels of the villa are additional areas where you can get together or spend some me time. One is at the game room and the other is beside the kitchen where you can just crash comfortably on the floor.

Para llevar a cabo los servicios diarios de la villa hay un ama de llaves y un chef de día. Si lo solicita, se puede llamar a una niñera, a un cocinero de noche y a un terapeuta de spa.
